Hello - I'm Morgan! Thanks for visiting our site and for considering me as

I specialize in treating individuals with symptoms related to trauma,
anxiety, grief, ADHD, and depression. I approach clients with compassion
and curiosity and together we navigate the difficulties of life
transitions, relationships, and personal growth.
I aim to help clients with ADHD understand themselves better, feel supported, and integrate helpful skills and education to lead a successful life that feels sustainable and empowering.
My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that feels validating and
supportive. Where you can safely heal, grow, and develop a deeper
connection to your truest self. I believe that you are the expert on your
own life, and therefore, I’ll work collaboratively with you to achieve your
goals so that you can live a healthier, more wholehearted life.
Using a strengths-based approach, I'll help you develop awareness and teach
you skills that will build resiliency. Using CBT, we focus on unhelpful
thinking patterns that are affecting the way you see yourself and the world
around you. I promote the use of mindfulness as a way for you to become
more present and connected in your life.
When you're able to recognize your strengths, control your thoughts, and be
