Shiloh Clemens, MS, NCC

Shiloh Clemens Therapist Pittsburgh Therapy Group

Hello, My name is Shiloh. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.

My specialty lies in treating teens and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and low self-esteem & self-worth. I work a lot with neurodivergent clients and have significant experience with clients who have ADHD and autism.

I would consider myself more of a laid back and down-to-Earth therapist. I aim to meet my clients where they are with genuine compassion and open-mindedness so that together we can navigate the difficulties of life.  My goal is to provide a therapeutic space that feels comfortable and supportive, where you can feel validated and safe to be yourself while working towards achieving personal growth and becoming your best self.

Utilizing a person-centered approach, I’ll work in collaboration with you by teaching you skills that will help you achieve your goals. In the process, I often utilize CBT, narrative therapy, and reality therapy to help you recognize your own power, change your unhelpful thinking style & self-defeating behaviors, so you can find greater enjoyment in your life.

If you are looking to change your life story for the better, call me today so we can start working together on your goals. Contact Me Today
