I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced childhood trauma. I find that these people are some of the most resilient individuals. While we aren't responsible for what happened to us as children, and we can't change the past, we are responsible for our healing and growth. Inevitably, as recovering people, it then becomes our responsibility to break the cycle and to stop the generational trauma patterns from continuing.
